POSTERS ONLY – there are two elements to poster presentations which both need to be fulfilled
1. Online (Oxford Abstracts Poster Gallery) PLEASE LOAD BY 1st JUNE 2026
- Please upload a ‘traditional’ poster to the online poster gallery so that delegates can view it before and during Congress and can submit comments/questions about your work online for you to respond to
- As this is a digital poster the print size (e.g. A4/A3/A2) is not relevant but it should have the ‘standard’ aspect ratio of A4/A3/A2 etc. (which is 1:1.414)
- We recommend it be in landscape orientation (as most digital screens are landscape)
- It should be a PDF file
2. Podium Poster Presentation (at the congress)
- You can use 1 slide, have 1 minute to present and 1 minute to take questions
- You can use your online poster from the OA gallery as the slide but instead we recommend producing an infographic that can be easily read from the back of the room (see example)
- The 1 slide should be landscape and in MS Powerpoint (.pptx) format ration 16:9
