Posters at the #69thBAPS

As with all things, Covid-19 has changed the way we do posters at Congress! Our poster exhibition is now fully virtual, and opens two weeks before congress starts so that you can view all the posters in the exhibition and interact with the authors. This builds the discussions which can continued in the in-person poster walks during the congress itself, where authors if present, can answer questions from the floor.

Unfortunately, whilst the exhibition itself is fully virtual and interactive, poster walks only work currently for in-person delegates. However, we do continually look for innovations to our format in partnership with MedAll who supply the platform.

MedAll have full guidelines for how to submit your poster electronically, and of course, the new format means that we have changed from portrait to landscape A0 posters. Don’t overload the space with too much text – that makes it hard to read on the screens in the congress hall.
