Postponement Announced of BAPS 67th Annual International Congress and 2nd Biliary Atresia and Related Diseases Conference

 

Dear Colleagues,

Since the inception of the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons in 1953, the Annual Scientific Meeting has been held every July and has been the major educational event in the paediatric surgical calendar. We were also looking forward to having our first joint meeting with BARD. It is therefore with great sadness that the organisers of this year’s meeting must announce that in line with current advice regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are postponing the entire programme to 7-10^th July 2021.

All authors of submitted abstracts will be contacted separately with instructions.

All existing registrations are valid for next year’s Congress. If you are unable to attend next year’s conference, please contact [email protected] for a full refund of your registration fee. If you have already made travel arrangements please contact your travel providers or travel insurance company for refunds.

We know that delegates will be disappointed but we hope you agree that it is important to put your safety first. We look forward to welcoming you all to Bruges in 2021.
