Access to yoga, pilates, ice baths and a sauna whilst in Sheffield

As an exciting addition to this year’s 70^th congress we have wellness options.  The local committee have arranged a package with a wonderful urban yoga space www.r1se.co.uk for unlimited off peak use during the congress.  The team can attest to the quality of the yoga, pilates and… ICE baths… if anyone needs a Wimhof reset after the scientific sessions.  If ice bathing not your thing, there is a rather nice sauna too.
