UK visa applications
Information on getting a UK Visa, and whether you need one, can be found on the government website.
A letter of invitation from BAPS can be provided to accompany your application. If you require a letter of invitation for visa purposes please contact the BAPS office by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation and refund
Written notification of cancellation must be received by the BAPS office. Cancellation will be accepted until 10th April 2017 with a refund of all registration fees less 10% deduction for administrative expenses. Thereafter until 15th July there will be a 50% refund. For cancellation after 15th July, the full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after this date or for non-attendance. All refunds will be handled after the Congress.
BAPS accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to Congress Participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
