Registration is for one delegate only (with an option for accompanying persons to attend social events). Only full congress registration (and payment) enables participation in the congress even for presenters. You need to be a BAPS or IPEG member in good standing to receive the discounted member’s rate. You can join BAPS at the same time that you register – this option is for new members only! For the benefits of BAPS membership see the BAPS website. If you have registered as a Medical Student, you will be asked for proof of your status.
There is also an opportunity to register for the IPEG pre-congress courses. During the week, ISPeW are also meeting and you can register for this meeting via the ISPeW website (there is a substantial discount for BAPS and IPEG members).
We will not charge you extra for using a credit card to pay your registration, and we now accept American Express as well as Visa and Mastercard.

As we are meeting with IPEG again this year, both social events are included in your registration but you do need to tick the box to let us know if you are coming to the Friday night. Please note that we have only limited numbers for this Friday night event.
Accompanying persons wishing to attend the social events should register as accompanying persons. Children under 12 will not be charged for but do let us know if you are bringing children so we can cater for them.
UK visa applications

A letter of invitation from BAPS can be provided to accompany your application. If you require a letter of invitation for visa purposes please contact the BAPS office by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation and refund
Written notification of cancellation must be received by the BAPS office. Cancellation will be accepted until 10th April 2017 with a refund of all registration fees less 10% deduction for administrative expenses. Thereafter until 15th July there will be a 50% refund. For cancellation after 15th July, the full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after this date or for non-attendance. All refunds will be handled after the Congress.
BAPS accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to Congress Participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
