By Air

  • Liverpool John Lennon Airport – 8.6 miles (approx. 20 minutes by car)

500 Airport Flyer Bus Service

This bus service is half-hourly, fast and a budget friendly way to get to and from John Lennon Airport to Liverpool One which is a 5 minutes walk from the ACC. You can pay when you board the bus – the fare is £2.30 one way. View the timetable

Manchester Airport

If you are arriving at Manchester Airport,  the direct train to Liverpool Lime Street will be going to Liverpool South Parkway. However there is a direct coach to Liverpool One (which is minutes from the ACC) which takes under an hour. Find out more here:

By Train

Just a short taxi- or bus-ride away from Liverpool Lime Street station, ACC Liverpool is just over two hours from London via direct train services. Regional and local rail connections bring us within easy reach of the North West and nearby regions. Liverpool Lime Street will be closed during Congress but   Network Rail have arrange onward travel from Liverpool South Parkway and we recommend the 500 airport bus which will take you to Liverpool One, minutes from  the ACC. By Car

From the north

Approaching from the north, leave the M6 at junction 26 and follow signs for M58 Liverpool.

Follow to the end of the M58 and then take signs for A59 Liverpool. Continue to follow Liverpool City Centre until picking up signs for the Waterfront.

From the south

Approaching from the south, leave the M6 at junction 21A and take the M62 to Liverpool.

At the end of the M62 follow signs for Liverpool City Centre along Edge Lane, picking up and following signs for The Waterfront.

Parking

Most of the hotels offer parking and this is discounted if you are staying at the hotel.

The multi-storey in King’s Dock, Liverpool which served the Liverpool Echo Arena and the ACC will remain closed during #BAPSCongress2018. However there are other car parks in the vicinity and below is a map of the one closest to the ACC and is shaded in blue and is marked 1-7 in the download below.

Travelling around Liverpool

On Foot

Our location in King’s Dock is a great place to begin your experience of the Mersey and Liverpool’s World Heritage Site waterfront. Albert Dock features the largest collection of Grade I listed buildings in the country and is also home to the Beatles Story, Tate Liverpool and the Maritime and International Slavery Museums. King’s Dock is just a 5 minute walk from shopping mecca, Liverpool One and less than a mile away from the city centre’s bars, restaurants and nightlife.

By Bus

King’s Dock which is home to both the ACC and the Pullman Hotel, is a 5 minute walk from Liverpool One which serves as a city centre bus terminus.
