Sabine Sarnacki

Sabine Sarnacki (M.D, Ph.D) is Professor of Pediatric Surgery in Necker Enfants Malades Hospital in Paris and head of this department. She is involved since more than 15 years in pediatric surgical oncology and is specifically interested in neuroblastoma, neonatal and rare tumors. She is leading the surgical subcommittee of the SIOPEN (International Society of Paediatric Oncology European Neuroblastoma) since 2013. She has a long experience of research in transplantation immunology, enteric nervous system development and preservation of fertility. She is the scientific director of the Parisian School of Surgery and involved in the national master of surgical research. She is also the head of the national reference colorectal center named “MAREP” (for Malformation AnoRectale et Pelvienne) created in 2007 during the first French National Rare Disease Plan.
