To attend congress you must be registered. Extra tickets can be purchased for the social events but these will not allow admission to the congress itself. All presenters must register as a delegate to attend Congress.
We offer substantial registration discounts to our Members on full Congress registration and we would strongly encourage you to join our community of professionals. For more details and to see all the benefits of BAPS membership, please go to the main BAPS Website. If you are registering as a Medical Student or Allied Health Professional and are NOT a current member of BAPS, you will be asked for proof of your status.
We will not charge you extra for using a credit card to pay your registration.
Full 3 day registrations will include all sessions starting with the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, a Presidential Reception ticket, lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, tea and coffee. This also includes access to the virtual platform and posters.
ID: Please note Medical Students will need to provide student ID and AHPs will need to provide hospital ID.
Admittance to this event is by ticket only. Please indicate on registration if you will be attending so that you receive your ticket (cost is included on all Wednesday registrations). Accompanying persons the age of 12 years and above will be required to hold their own ticket at an additional cost of £45 per person. If you are bringing a child below the age of 12 years, they will be admitted free of charge but you will need to notify us of their attendance so that a ticket can be issued for them.
Admittance to this event is by ticket only. Tickets can be purchased at registration. There will be a limited number of additional tickets for sale on site at Congress. We will operate a waiting list if tickets sell out.
