Full 3 day registrations will include all sessions starting with the Opening Ceremony on Wednesday, a programme, Presidential Reception ticket, lunch on Thursday and Friday, tea and coffee.
Two day registrations will include all sessions on delegate nominated days, programme, lunch, tea and coffee on nominated days. Delegates must select the days of attendance at time of registration. Registrations including Wednesday will include access to the Presidential Reception.

Admittance to this event is by ticket only. Please indicate on registration if you will be attending so that you receive your ticket (cost is included on all Wednesday registrations). Accompanying persons the age of 12 years and above will be required to hold their own ticket at an additional cost of £45 per person. If you are bringing a child below the age of 12 years, they will be admitted free of charge but you will need to notify us of their attendance so that a ticket can be issued for them.
Admittance to this event is by ticket only. Tickets can be purchased at registration. There will be a limited number of additional tickets for sale on site at Congress. Please note there are stairs at the venue and it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
Cancellation and refund
We understand that circumstances can change. Please submit written notification of cancellation to the BAPS office. Refunds will be processed minus an administrative fee according to the deadlines below. All refunds will be administered after Congress.
Written notification of cancellation must be received by the BAPS office. Cancellation will be accepted until 30th April 2020 with a refund of all registration fees less 10% deduction for administrative expenses. Thereafter until 5th June there will be a 50% refund. For cancellation after 5th June, the full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after this date or for non-attendance. All refunds will be handled after the Congress.

BAPS accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to Congress Participants, either during or as a result of the Congress. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
