All attendees, including presenters at Congress, must register as a delegate. Registration is for a single attendee.

We offer substantial registration discounts to our Members on full Congress registration and strongly encourage you to join our community. For more details and to see all the benefits of BAPS membership, please go to the main BAPS Website. If you are registering as a Medical Student or Allied Health Professional and are NOT a current member of BAPS, you will be asked for proof of your status.

Presenters need to register in advance to allow time to be scheduled for technical checks.


Apologies if you have tried to renew your membership or pay for an event and encountered problems with our payment system. We have now implemented Paypal as an alternative payment option. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay, PayPal will accept credit card payments.

We do not charge you extra fees for using a credit card (Visa and Mastercard) to pay your registration.

Lower and Middle Income Countries

To give attendees working in LMICS the opportunity to attend, we are giving a 70% discount across our registration categories. BAPS members will still get the best registration rates.

To apply for an LMIC registration, please email the office at adminsec@baps.org.uk with proof that you are working in an LMIC country, defined as Band 2. This should be a letter from your hospital department confirming your specialty.

Applications for LMIC discounts will end on 30th June 2021 to allow time for processing.


Cancellation and refund

We understand that circumstances can change. Please submit written notification of cancellation to the BAPS office. Refunds will be processed minus an administrative fee according to the deadlines below. All refunds will be administered after Congress.

Written notification of cancellation must be received by the BAPS office. Cancellation will be accepted until 30th April 2020 with a refund of all registration fees less 10% deduction for administrative expenses. Thereafter until 5th June there will be a 50% refund. For cancellation after 5th June, the full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after this date or for non-attendance. All refunds will be handled after the Congress.

BAPS accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to Congress Participants, either during or as a result of the Congress.
